FULFILLMENT TIME:

We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is hand picked by one of the amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you. During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, we ask that you allow 2-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or visit our FAQs for additional help.

It is important to note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed.  

DELIVERY:

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. All orders are handled and shipped out from our international warehouse. 

Shipping Confirmation?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

International Shipping?

WE are proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in AUD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default AUD Dollars on the checkout page.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

It usually takes 10-21 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. 

WE are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AUD Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We process and ship orders quickly,  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
